This is an introduction to Alexander work using explanation, group activities and practical exploration. It has six group sessions each over an hour in length. We will explore AT principles and how to apply them to improve your daily life. The first one is on Friday evening after dinner (or before if eveyone has arrived) and the last is before lunch on Sunday.
There is free time on Saturday between 2 - 4pm when you may take a private lesson with Jill if you wish (pay on the day).

The course is suitable for beginners and those wishing to refresh their AT skills. It is a playful journey into the AT in the calm and friendly surroundings of Claridge House. Learn strategies and methods to take away.
