Clinical Proof
The British Medical Journal (BMJ) published significant NHS-funded research into chronic back pain. It compared Alexander Technique lessons with massage, exercise and normal GP care. The Alexander Technique was by far the most effective and helped long term by, "reducing pain and muscle spasm, improving co-ordination and flexibility and strengthening postural muscles."
