People of all ages and any state of health benefit from work with an Alexander teacher.  Do any of the following apply to you?

Tension
The Technique reduces muscular and emotional tension.  It improves symptoms of pain or stress so you look, feel and function better in every way. 

Pain and Postural Problems
Regular lessons are proven to control pain and improve posture.  The British Medical Journal confirmed this in 2008: "One-to-one lessons in the Alexander technique from registered teachers have long term benefits for people with chronic back pain." 

Mobility and Existing Conditions
Progressive conditions can be managed to give you less pain and better mobility.  Symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, Cerebral Palsy, arthritic conditions or breathing problems can be reduced markedly.  Pain and stiffness from neck and back injuries and congenital conditions can also be alleviated (see the page on Baby Sasha).
