The Technique is a unique approach to health and freedom of movement with long term benefits.  Working with your teacher you learn to identify and prevent habitual tension and strain and so improve the way you feel and function. 

The hands-on work is calming and you learn to use your body in a smooth, skilful and efficient way.  Most people find immediate improvements in their stability, pain, breathing and ease of movement. 

Over time your posture, gait and general health improve and chronic pains subside.  Learning skills of awareness and control builds your confidence and  improves your quality of life - for good!
